Please Note - For all EU deliveries you may be liable for import taxes and duties payable to the relevant customs in the delivery destination.
We stand behind the quality of our product and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with our products for any reason, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. To initiate the return process, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of the date of delivery. You can reach our customer service team via email.
Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorisation number and instructions on how to return the product. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance to protect your investment.

Once we receive your returned products, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets our return policy requirements. If the product is in its original condition, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Please note that we do not accept returns for items that have been customized or personalized in any way.

Customs Duties and Taxes
Customs Charges: For orders shipped to countries within the European Union (EU), the recipient will be responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and any other fees imposed by the destination country’s customs authority.
Payment of Duties and Taxes: If the local customs authority requires payment of duties or taxes, the recipient must cover these charges. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are payable directly to the customs authority.
Claiming Back Duties and Taxes: If applicable, the recipient may be able to claim back these duties or taxes through their local tax system. It is the recipient's responsibility to check their eligibility and process any claims with their local tax authorities.
Refusal to Pay Customs Charges: If the recipient refuses to pay the required customs duties or taxes and the package is returned to us:
The recipient will be responsible for any return shipping charges incurred.
Any refunds issued will be minus the cost of the return shipping and any additional fees related to the refusal of the package.
Responsibility: It is the recipient's responsibility to be aware of and understand their country’s customs policies and import regulations prior to placing an order. We are not responsible for any customs delays or charges.
