Please note that for all EU deliveries, you may be liable for import taxes and duties, which are payable directly to the relevant customs authority in your delivery country.
Return Policy:
We are committed to the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

You must contact our customer service team within 30 days of delivery to initiate the return process.

Note:
You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to protect your return.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7β10 business days, provided the return meets our policy requirements.
Important:
We do not accept returns for customised or personalized items.
Note any concession of refund even in part take up to 7-10 business days due to internal approval process and third party payment gateway approval times.Β

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy, including:

Used, worn, or damaged items.

Returns made beyond 30 days.

Excessive or suspicious return activity.
Refused returns will be returned to the customer at their expense.
Lost or Damaged Returns:
We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. Refunds will not be issued unless the returned item is received in its original condition. Use tracked and insured shipping.
Fault AssessmentΒ
Where a product is returned on the basis of an alleged fault, we reserve the right to inspect and test the item to verify the nature and cause of the issue before issuing any refund, repair or replacement.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including reimbursement of reasonable return postage costs.

If inspection determines that no manufacturing fault is present, or that the damage has resulted from accidental damage, impact, misuse, modification, improper loading, or use outside the productβs intended design parameters, we reserve the right to refuse a refund and/or require the customer to cover return shipping costs.

If you believe a product is faulty within 30 days of delivery, you have the right to reject it under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

To enable assessment, we may request photographic evidence prior to issuing a return authorisation. Where a defect appears plausible, we may provide a prepaid return label for inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed upon inspection, we will issue a full refund and reimburse reasonable return costs.

Where photographic evidence suggests that the issue may not be due to a manufacturing defect, the customer may be asked to return the item at their own cost for further inspection.

If a manufacturing defect is confirmed following inspection, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

If inspection shows that the issue is not due to a manufacturing defect but instead results from impact, misuse, modification, improper loading, or use outside intended design parameters, return shipping costs remain the customerβs responsibility.

Where we offer a refund, repair or replacement as a gesture of goodwill and without admission of fault, return shipping costs remain the customerβs responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Incorrect Shipping Information:
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer. Any additional fees or redelivery costs are the customerβs responsibility.
Unclaimed or Abandoned Parcels:
If a parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will be responsible for:

These charges will be deducted from any applicable refund.
Shipping Delays:
We are not liable for delays caused by customs, weather, strikes, or other events beyond our control. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.
Terms and Conditions for EU Orders
Customs Duties and Taxes:
Customs Charges:
For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, the recipient is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and associated fees imposed by the destination countryβs customs authority.
Payment of Duties and Taxes:
These fees are not included in product or shipping prices and must be paid directly to customs by the recipient.
Claiming Duties and Taxes Back:
If eligible, recipients may reclaim duties or VAT through their local tax authority. It is the customerβs responsibility to check their eligibility and file any claims.
Refusals and Customs-Related Returns:
Refusal of Delivery:
If the recipient refuses delivery in full or part, they will be charged for:

The full actual cost of delivery (which may exceed the original shipping fee)

The cost of return shipping
Courier returns due to refusal may take up to 14 days to be processed. These costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
Refusal to Pay Customs Charges:
If duties or taxes are not paid and the shipment is returned to us:

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling fees.

Lifetime Warranty β Returns, Repairs & Replacements
YOMP Co. products are covered by our Lifetime Warranty, which applies to manufacturing faults and defects for the reasonable lifetime of the product.
After 12 months from the original purchase date, the cost of returning the product to YOMP Co. will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Where a claim is approved under the Lifetime Warranty, YOMP Co. will cover the cost of all repairs and/or replacement products.
If the original product is no longer stocked or available, store credit equal to the original purchase price paid will be issued. Store credit is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be used in a single transaction.

This Lifetime Warranty is provided in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Final Responsibility:
It is the recipientβs responsibility to be aware of and comply with their local customs regulations before placing an order. We are not liable for customs-related delays, charges, or refusals.
