To demonstrate our commitment to your satisfaction, we are pleased to offer you a Lifetime warranty on your backpack.
The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. If such defects arise during the warranty period, we will repair or replace your backpack free of charge.
To make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. Please provide us with your order number, a description of the defect, and photos of the issue. We will promptly respond to your inquiry and provide instructions on how to proceed with your warranty claim.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or any modifications made to the backpack.
We also do not cover any compensatory, incidental or consequential damages. This is a sporting product and with adding weight to a backpack this is at the users liability, and should be aware of any dangers of doing so. All capacity weights provided are for guidance only.
This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Start at 10% of your bodyweight - Initiate level under The YOMP Standard. For an 80kg athlete that's 8kg. Build progressively using YOMP ruck plates from 10lbs up to 60lbs. Generally 10 or 20lb is a good starting point.
The Y-CO 1 is designed for our YOMP ruck plates. The internal plate pockets keep load high and close to the spine. Other plates may fit but we suggest they are rucking specific.
